Dr. Jerry Lane is an exceptional veterinarian who has consistently gone above and beyond to provide the best possible care for my senior golden lab, Riley. Riley has ongoing allergy issues that manifest as yeast infections in her ears, and Dr. Lane has always been incredibly patient, thorough, and effective in treating her. From the very first visit, Dr. Lane took the time to get to know Riley and understand her unique health concerns. He carefully listened to my concerns and observations about Riley's condition, and he asked thoughtful questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of her overall health. Dr. Lane's expertise in diagnosing and treating Riley's allergy issues has been nothing short of remarkable. He has always been able to accurately identify the root cause of her flare-ups and recommend the most appropriate treatment plan. He has never hesitated to explain his reasoning and recommendations in clear and concise terms, ensuring that I fully understand the course of treatment and can make informed decisions about Riley's care. I recently moved to this area and needed to find a new vet for my 11-year-old boxer, Bentley. Fortunately, I found Ridgewood. I can't say enough good things about this clinic! Everyone is wonderful—from the front desk to the techs to the doctors. It's a bonus that Dr. Lane also has personal experience with boxers, so he understands and appreciates this amazing breed. When it came time for me to make the heart-wrenching decision to help my baby cross the Rainbow Bridge, I was grateful that these wonderful people were there for him. We were only patients for a short time, but Bentley loved Dr. Lane from the moment he met him ... and my dog was an excellent judge of character. He had kisses and tail wags for him right up until the end. Sometimes I think we're led to the people and places we need when we most need them. I feel that way about this clinic and the people who work there. They were so good to my baby in his final days. My heart aches, but it gives me a great deal of comfort to know he had a peaceful passage with the help of Dr. Lane and his caring staff.

Front desk employees………ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!!!! Young blonde female vet tech (so sorry I forgot your name)……..ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!!!!! Dr. Ross…….ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!!! Everyone in there took a personal interest in my friend Billy Sox (kitty cat) and can’t thank them enough for our experience at Ridgewood. They were punctual, attentive, and friendly to Billy and me. They did Everything but roll out a red carpet for Billy Sox. I appreciate you guys.

My furbaby, Leia of Alderaan, got her annual wellness checkup and vaccines Friday. She is doing fine 🙂🐶 Leia absolutely loves Ridgewood Animal Hospital, her Dr. Lane, and all the veterinary staff, and I do too. Leia gets very excited as we approach the office and parking lot. I’ve been to numerous vets in the area. Ridgewood is top notch. My family had to put our sweet young dog down. Not only was the staff amazing, they cared for her like a child. Several weeks after the dreadful day, we get a card in the mail with heart felt notes from all the staff. Impressed, is an understatement. Thank you all for everything.
